Introduction. In connection with the development of integration and globalization processes in many spheres human life, problem expanding interstate interpersonal contacts becomes relevant. These circumstances are also extrapolated to plane education system, where there is currently a change traditional knowledge paradigm competence. At same time, image modern student changing. Today, young people demand who can freely enter into contacts, communicate representatives other cultures, while being aware their cultural identity. This mega-relevant for primary school students, since they have much less resources overcome emerging difficulties than older schoolchildren which could use communication barriers that arise under influence age-related changes due mental instability, lack lexical ethnocultural knowledge, dominant offline pressure social networks provocative factors. The listed both native foreign languages contribute formation risk factors reducing educational motivation students affect academic success general. Therefore, it objectively necessary talk about communicative-compensatory competence among basic school, contributes implementation strategic moves leading successful constructive dialogue any partner, finding ways intensify this process.
